How do I earn Hearts?
You must have a registered account to earn Hearts. Signing up is free and easy, plus we'll give you 100 Hearts to get started.
Does it cost anything to join or redeem points?
Creating an account is 100% free, and there is no additional cost for redeeming Hearts.
How do Hearts accumulate in my account?
Hearts will appear in your account automatically when you complete an eligible action. You must use the same email address registered to your account at check out to earn points on that account.
How do I redeem my Hearts?
Hearts are redeemed for a discount code that is applied to your purchase at checkout. This discount code can only be used for one order and cannot be used with another discount code.
Where do I put my discount code?
To use your discount code, add the items you wish to purchase into your cart and check out. On the check out page, click "Show order summary" and insert the discount code in the box.
What if I refund my order?
If your order is refunded, the same value of Hearts will be deducted from your account (as if you hadn't made the purchase at all).
Can I buy additional Hearts?
No you cannot buy Hearts. But you can buy anything from our store to earn Hearts!
When do Heart's appear in my account?
As soon as you complete a eligible action or purchase, the points will magically appear in your account. Ta-da!
Can I combine points with an additional discount code?
Only one action can be completed per checkout, so you cannot combine points with an additional discount code.
