How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within one business day. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, which will also include a tracking number.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

Track your order by entering your tracking number on the Australia Post website. If your package is lost or you're having trouble locating your package, get in touch with us at hello@rosieteddy.com and we'll help you locate it.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once you receive shipping confirmation, we cannot cancel your order. You must wait for the package to arrive then process a refund.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rosieteddy.com and we will assist you. We cover the cost of shipping on incorrect orders.

What if I receive a faulty product?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rosieteddy.com and we will assist you. We cover the cost of shipping on faulty items. 

Exchange & Returns

Can I get a refund?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@rosieteddy.com with the subject line "REFUND" and include your order number and details. 

You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

All items must be unused, original condition and in original packaging (including stuffing). We will refuse returns on items that show any wear.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear, socks, swimwear, hair accessories, makeup and some jewellery pieces. Please check the item description to confirm. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to the high demand of certain styles, we cannot always guarantee a product will be available to exchange. We highly recommend processing a refund and re-purchasing your desired item. 

Should you have an item you wish to send back to change, please email us at hello@rosieteddy.com with your order number and details. Once your item has been received, a store credit will be issued to the value of your return. You can then use this credit to re-purchase your desired product.

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. This code is applied at checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order. 

Product and Stock

Will you restock a product online?

We like to bring the newest trends as quickly as possible and generally don’t re-stock items once they’ve sold out. However, there may be beautiful seasonal pieces we bring back so keep an eye out!

How often do you launch a new collection?

We aim to launch a new collection every 6-8 weeks. Check out our socials to see what’s coming soon!
